What this covers

This notice covers the website at sanoaenterprises.com. Our apps have their own privacy policies; the one for Semester Calendar is on its own page.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company (if you give one) and your message. We use it to reply to you and to prepare any quote you ask for, and for nothing else.

This site has no advertising, no tracking pixels and no cookies of our own.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records pages viewed and rough location without cookies and without identifying you. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from spam bots; it checks your browser, not who you are.

Who handles it

• Cloudflare hosts this site and routes email sent to our domain.
• Resend delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.

Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to handle your request and any work that follows. Ask us and we will delete them.
